毛蚶（Arca　subcrenta　Lischke）心肌超微结构的观察

摘　　要：用透射电镜观察了软体动物—毛蚶心肌纤维的超微结构．其心肌纤维的结构与脊椎动物心肌纤维的不同，粗肌丝和细肌丝平行排列，但并没有形成明、暗带相间排列的横纹；线粒体数量较多，但结构并不发达；心肌细胞间也没有形成脊椎动物那样的闰盘连接。The myocardium ultrastructure of Arca subcrenta Lischke is observed.The myocardium fiber of Arca subcrenta Lischke is different from that of vertebrates.Their thick and thin filaments arrange parallelly,but the striations of alternative arrangement of isotropic and anisotropic band are not formed.Although there are numerous mitochondria,there is few cristae.The intercellar junction in the vertebrata is not formed.These structures are consistent with the myoacrdium function.
