摘　　要：本文首先描述了BEPCII储存环真空系统的特点、主要参数和真空设备的总体布局。同时对储存环真空系统的关键设备真空盒、光子吸收器和RF屏蔽波纹管的设计原理、加工工艺以及实验方法进行了说明。另外还介绍了真空盒内表面镀TiN的实验装置以及被镀样品的测试结果。Various technical features of the storage ring vacuum system and the vacuum device layout in Beijing Electron Positron collision Project Ⅱ （BEPCⅡ） were briefly reviewed. Discussion focused on its designing principle, machining and testing technologies of the key vacuum devices, such as the vacuum chamber, photon absorber and RF bellows. Moreover, the apparatus, used to coat TiN films on the inner walls of the vacuum chambers, and characterization of the TiN films were also discussed.
