摘 要:该文介绍了一种直接制备超细黑索今的新方法,其工艺过程是将黑索今溶于浓HNO3(98%),在0~50℃下用水稀释,结晶得到预期的超细超纯黑索今晶体,利用溶剂(98%HNO3)/非溶剂(H2O)沉淀技术,在实验室中进行了50g量级试验,根据结晶工艺条件的选择,制得了中位径为5~7μm超细黑索今晶体,着重研究了结晶温度、搅拌速度。This paper deals with a new method for the direct preparation of ultrafine RDX crystals.During the process RDX is dissolved in HNO 3(98%) and treated with water at the temperature from 0℃ and 50℃,and the desired fine and ultrapure RDX crystals are precipitated. By use of the solvent (98% HNO 3)/non solvent (H 2O) precipitation technique,50g scale experiments were conducted in the laboratory.According to the crystallization condition chosen,ultrafine RDX crystals with 5~7μm median particle diameter are prepared by this method.Special attention was paid to the study of the process conditions affecting the granularity of the ultrafine RDX crystals such as the crystallization temperature,stirring speed,concentration of the solution and the amount of dilution water.
