鞋中底板边角料纤维回用技术的研究

摘　　要：通过实验提出了适宜的鞋中底板边角料爆破法纤维回用工艺的爆破因子,并通过分析各因素对其爆破浆的性能影响,确定了最佳的制浆工艺条件。实验表明,回收的鞋中底板边角料爆破浆所抄造的瓦楞原纸,其物理强度指标已经超过国家瓦楞原纸A级指标;所抄造的鞋用纸板也可达到相应的鞋用纸板轻工行业标准A等。The condign explosive factor and the optimal technical conditions in explosion pulping of leftover material of midsole were brought out by experiment and the factors influencing the characteristics of explosion pulp were analysed. The results showed that the reused pulp can be used for making high strength corrugated base paper that attained the national standard ＂A＂ level. And the paperboard made with the pulp can also attain the light industry standard ＂A＂ grade of shoe board.
