脑宁合剂对大鼠杏仁核点燃模型抗痫作用实验研究

摘　　要：目的研究脑宁合剂对癫痫大鼠惊厥值与杏仁核后放电时程的影响。方法采用杏仁核点燃致痫模型,随机分成治疗组和对照组,测定它们的平均惊厥值与杏仁核后放电时程,分别给予脑宁合剂和生理盐水服用2周,记录治疗后各组的惊厥值与杏仁核后放电时程。结果治疗后对照组惊厥值与杏仁核后放电时程无明显变化(P>0.05),而治疗组惊厥值的提高与杏仁核后放电时程的缩短均较治疗前改变明显(P<0.05),且与对照组比较有统计学差异性(P<0.01);结论脑宁合剂能提高癫痫大鼠惊厥值和缩短杏仁核后放电时程作用,实验表明脑宁合剂具有抗癫痫价值。Objective To study the effects of Formular Nao - ning by observing the convulsion value and amygdala afterdischarge duration in epileptic rats. Methods Adopted by the model of amygdala - kindling epilepsy, forty rats were divided into experimental group and controls randomly. Their mean convulsion value and amygdala afterdischarge duration were detected before and after feeded with two weeks＇ Formular Nao - ning and physiological saline separately. Results Obvious difference of improving the convulsion value and shortening amygdala afterdischarge duration has been detected in experimental rats（ P 〈 0.05 ） before and after therapy compared with the controls （P 〉 0.05 ）. Also a statistic significance（ P 〈 0.01 ） has been found between experimental group and the controls. Conclusions Formular Nao - ning has the effects of improving the convulsion value and shorten amygdala afterdischarge duration in epileptic rats. The study indicates Formular Nao -ning is effective in anti -epilepsy.
