摘 要:分析了酸、碱、氧化剂、还原剂和高效渗透剂应用于羊毛拆键拉伸细化的可能性,并对几种助剂进行优化组合,比较其拉伸细化效果。试验结果表明,酸、碱和氧化剂作为拆键剂都存在一定的局限性;带巯基的还原剂和亚硫酸盐拼用,可获得理想的效果,且成本不高;在传统亲水性试剂中添加疏水性渗透剂可提高还原拆键剂的效率,显著改善羊毛的拉伸率和细化率,具有良好的实用价值。The application possibility of acid, alkali, oxidant and reductant to industrial drawing of wool was analyzed. Several bond-breaking agent were optimized and their effects of drawing and fining were compared. Based on trials, acid, alkali and oxidant, as bond-breaker existed certain limits, while the reductant with hydrophobic group combined with sulfite can obtain ideal effect and lower cost. Adding hydrophobic penetrating agent in conventional hydrophilic agent can increase the efficiency of bond- breaker, and improve the rate of drawing and the rate of fining of wool remarkably.
