摘　　要：在各类小区建设方兴未艾的今天,社区智能化建设已经成为我国信息化建设的热点之一。本文论述了智能化社区网络架构的发展趋势,结合苏州玲珑湾小区项目的实际情况,综合社区宽带网平台的各种应用需求,提出了基于宽带网平台的社区智能化系统的总体方案。Today all kinds of residential community construction are being built in different ways ,the community intelligent construction already has became one of our country information construction hot spots. This article describes a new trend of intelligentized community network construction ,and bases on the Suzhou Linglongwan community project reality, synthetizes the application demands of community broadbard networks platform, which proposes to base on the whole concept of broadband networks platform Intelligentized community.
