癌症患者不遵医行为的调查及对策

摘　　要：目的探讨癌症患者不遵医行为的影响因素,为提高其遵医行为提供参考依据。方法采用癌症患者遵医行为调查表,对80例癌症患者的遵医行为进行调查,并对影响癌症患者的不遵医行为进行分析。结果癌症患者遵医行为为58.6%,不遵医行为为41.4%;且年龄、治疗副作用、疾病严重程度等与其不遵医行为呈正相关,文化程度、就医条件、对疾病及治疗的态度和信念、健康教育知识是否掌握、治疗效果与其不遵医行为呈负相关。结论发挥社会家庭支持系统和做好健康教育,对提高癌症患者的遵医行为和生活质量具有重要意义。Objective To explore the influential factors of cancer patients＇ ineomplianee with treatment and to provide gist for increasing patients＇ compliance with treatment. Method 80 cancer patients were investigated with a self-made questionnaire on their compliance with treatment. Results The rate of incomplianee with treatment in cancer patients was 41.4%. And the rate had positive correlation with age, side effects of treatment, and the disease serious level, but had negative correlation with educational level, the hospitalized conditions, attitude and faith to disease and treatment, mastering health knowledge, and therapeutic effect. Conclusion Support from society and family and health education are important to improve cancer patients＇ compliance with treatment and llfe quality.
