优化门诊流程对患者等候时间的影响

摘  要:目的探讨优化门诊服务流程对患者门诊等候时间的影响。方法分析目前门诊流程现状,对门诊流程中的挂号、诊病、交费、取药等环节进行优化重组,并比较流程改造前后患者挂号、收费和处方配药时间的情况。结果流程改造前后患者挂号、收费和处方配药时间比较,经统计学分析,均P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论优化门诊流程,能合理安排患者就诊过程,减少患者在门诊过程中不必要的等候时间,提高门诊整体服务水平。Objective To investigate the effect of grading-up out-patient clinic flow-sheet to the patients, waiting time. Methods Analyzed the current situation of out-patient clinic flow-sbeet, recombinating a series of link of clinical service flow-sheet such as registration, diagnosing, paying fees, taking medicine and so on, and compared the time of registration, paying fees and compounding before and after recombination. Results Compared with that before recombination , the time of registration, paying fees and compounding after recombination was obviously shortened (P 〈 0. 05). Conclusion Grading-up clinical service flow-sheet may arrange reasonable the process of visit, shorten obviously the waiting time, increase the whole service level of out-patient clinic.
