摘　　要：取得时效是民法立法一个重要问题。本文首先对设置取得时效制度的必要性和可行性进行分析,然后探讨了取得时效的使用范围,最后在对大陆法系取得时效制度立法体例比较基础上,提出未来民法典取得时效制度的设置应采用统一主义立法体例。Acquiring sauced is a important problem of civil law legislate, this article treys to discuss legislate style, of settling up future civil law and acquiring Sauced and raising fature civil law and installing gian sanced system should Adopt united creed leg island style according to adopting necessity and practicable analysis of acquiring succeed system.
