摘　　要：病案作为医院的重要信息资源,其管理是一项系统、复杂的综合性工作。建立我国的电子病案体系,加强电子病案的研究与实践,对提高医院的社会效益与经济效益、实现远程医疗、加强医疗管理等有重要的作用与意义。Medical record as the important information resources, its management is a complicated, systemic and integrative task in hospital. So it＇s necessary to establish Chinese EMR and enhance the research and practice of EMR. By doing that it would have significant effect in many facts, such as the influences and profits of the hospital, the long-distance medical treatment, medical management ect.
