摘　　要：目的确诊地鼠乳鼠流行性腹泻病因。方法病毒、细菌、寄生虫分离检测,轮状病毒RNA电泳,A组轮状病毒试剂盒检测。结果经细菌、寄生虫分离检测,未分离到相关病原体,A组轮状病毒试剂盒检测阴性。地鼠乳鼠粪便轮状病毒RNA电泳,呈现11条电泳带,与B组轮状病毒特征相符。结论引起地鼠乳鼠流行性腹泻病原体为B组轮状病毒感染。Objective To characterize the etiological pathogens of epidemic diarrhea in hamster infants. Methods To collect feces from the hamster infants and detect the possible viruses, bacteria or parasites. RNA electrophoresis for rotavirus identification was performed using a group A rotavirus diagnostic kit. Results No definite bacteria or parasites were detected. Group A rotavirus was not detected. RNA electrophoresis showed 11 bands in patterns resemble to that of group B rotavirus. Conclusion The epidemic diarrhea in hamster infants is caused by group B rotavirus.
