摘　　要：构建和谐社会目标的提出,使中国特色社会主义事业呈现出经济、政治、社会、文化“四位一体”的总体建设格局。和谐社会的六个基本特征,即民主法治、公平正义、诚信友爱、充满活力、安定有序和人与自然和谐相处,与检察机关的法律监督工作具有着紧密的内在关联。法律监督应在构建和谐社会的历史进程中发挥积极作用并实现自身的和谐发展。The objective of build of harmonious society has brought the developing pattern of quaternity of economy, politics, society and culture of the socialism with Chinese characteristics. The harmonious society has six features of democracy, rule of law, justice, good faith, dynamic, stabilized, well-ordered and human-nature harmony, which inherently connect with the legal supervision of the procuratorial organ. It should develop harmoniously the legal supervision in historical process of building the harmonious society.
