ATP和双异丙吡胺对家兔血流动力学的效应

摘　　要：实验采用ＭＡＰ、ＬＶＰ、ＨＲ、±ｄｐ／ｄｔ＿（ｍａｘ）、ｔ－ｄｐ／ｄｔ＿（ｍａｘ）、Ｔ、ＴＴＩ多项参数综合分析三磷酸腺苷单用及其与双异丙吡胺合用对家免血流动力学的影响。结果表明：静脉注射三磷酸腺苷（１ｍｇ·ｋｇ￣（－１））后，动脉血压明显降低，负性频率和正性频率作用交替出现，对心肌收缩力无明显的影响，心肌弛缓速率减慢，心肌耗氧量显著降低。三磷酸腺苷与双异丙吡胺（２．５ｍｇ·ｋｇ￣（－１））合用后，比单用ＡＴＰ时降压幅度减小，心率保持稳定，对心肌收缩力无明显的影响，不抑制心室舒张功能，心肌耗氧量仍明显降低。The effects of adenosine triphosphate(ATP)alone and in combination with disopyramide(Disop)on hemodynamics in anesthetized rabbits were studied The results showed that MAP was decreased significantly,HR was decreased at once and then was increased remarkably when ATP 1mg· kg-1 was injected intravenously.Furthermore,the myocardial contractility was not affected;cardiac oxygen consumption was reduced. MAP was also decreascd significantly,but HR maintained steadily. when ATP was given in combination with Disop(2. 5mg·kg-1),intravenously.The myocardial systolic and diastolic function was not affected;the cardiac oxygen consumption was also reduced significantly,
