摘　　要：在具有成本递减特性的知识产业,采用边际定价法将会导致知识市场的萎缩。因此,在现有制度框架内,若要使知识创新和知识传播更有效地进行,从贸易角度看,一个可能而有效的办法是,按照Ram sey价格方式进行新古典意义上的次优定价决策。In this paper, the result of the research manifests that the adoption of marglnal pricing law will bring on the contraction of the knowledge market at the knowledge industry with the characteristics of decreasing cost. Thereby, as viewed from the knowledge trade, to make the process of knowledge creative and its transfer become more availabe, a possible and valid way is that the Ramsey rate method can be adopted for the hypo-optimal pricing decision at the neoclassical meaning in existing frame of system.
