溃疡病急性穿孔手术时机与预后

摘　　要：总结了我院１９７２年１月至１９９５年８月间收治的溃疡病急性穿孔患者５４５例，其中手术治疗４５８例。分析了从穿孔到手术时间的长短对溃疡病穿孔预后的关系。结果显示，随着手术时间的推迟，其并发症的发生率、死亡率及存活患者的住院时间匀逐渐增加。穿孔１２ｈ之内和＞１２ｈ患者之间有明显差异（Ｐ＜０．００５）。Four hundred and fifty eight patients with acute peptic ulcer perforation who were treated in our hospital from Jan. 1972 to Aug.1995 were analysed.The relation ship between the time form perforation to the operation and the prognosis in patients of perforation of peptic ulcer was studied;The results showed that with delay of the operation the morbidity,mortality and the time of admission in surviving patients were increased. There was obvious difference between the patients who were penformed operation within 12h from the onset and the patients more than 12h (p<0.005).The analysed results in this paper suggested that after making diagnosis in peptic ulcer perforation,the surgery would be performed as soon as possible,which was one of the important methods improving the prognosis.
