摘 要:从现蕾至盛花期(80%开花期)分四次取样,测定紫花苜蓿的茎叶比、粗蛋白质、粗纤维含量,以研究刈割时期对苜蓿叶粉质量的影响,确定合理刈割期。研究结果表明:随刈割期推迟,叶比例在初花期后极显著下降(P<0.01);叶蛋白质含量各时期间均差异显著(P<0.01);叶中粗纤维含量随着长时期延长显著提高(P<0.05),中花期后,粗纤维含量极显著高于现蕾期和初花期(P<0.01)。生产紫花苜蓿叶粉适宜刈割期为现蕾至初花期。In this article,four samplings from bud appearing to blossom period(80% flowering) were taken to determine their ratio of stalk to leaf,crude protein content and crude fiber content so as to study the influence of cutting phase to the leaf meal quality and set the proper cutting phase. The study showed that with the delay of cutting phase,the leaf ratio dropped dramatically in 10% flowering period(P〈0. 01) ;the difference of leaf protein in any periods was significant(P〈0.01) ;the content of crude fiber in leaf increased significantly(P〈0.05). After 50% flowering,the content of crude fiber increased obviously than that in bud appearing and 10% flowering(P〈0.01). So the proper cutting phase for producing alfalfa leaf meal is from bud appearing to 10% flowering period.
