从高等教育合理分流看高等教育分流机构的正确定位

摘　　要：高等教育分流是个体和社会对高等教育需求变化产生的必然结果,同样也是高等教育自身发展的需要。合理的高等教育分流包括对高等教育分流取向的整合、对高等教育分流依据的确定、对高等教育分流时机的把握、对高等教育分流形式的选择、对高等教育结构的调整以及对高等教育分流机构的定位等方面。Higher education shunt is the inevitable requirement both to the change of social and personal needs of higher education and to the development of higher education itself. Rational higher education shunt includes confon＇nity of shunt orientations, definition of shunt basis, suitability of shunt opportunity, selection of shunt forms, adjustment of shunt structures, and the orientation of shunt organiwtion. In this paper, Ⅰ select one aspect- accurate orientation and focus on the analysis of problems of shunt organiwtion.
