摘　　要：研究了二维广义系统Roesser模型的性质,推导出了该系统的状态响应公式.给出了其在矩形区域上局部能达和局部能控的充分必要条件.同时,利用二维Z变换理论,给出了二维广义系统Roesser模型局部能达和局部能控的等价定义,并得出该模型相应的局部能达和局部能控的新的充分必要条件.In this paper, some properties in the Roesser model of two-dimensional singular systems are investigated. The response formula of this model is derived. The sufficient and necessary conditions for local reachability and local controllability in the rectangle are presented. Simultaneously, the equivalent definitions of local reachability and local controllability in the Roesser model of the two-dimensional singular systems are given by using the theory of two-dimensional Z transformation. The new sufficient and necessary conditions for local reachability and local controllability of this model are presented.
