摘  要:数字直接点火系是由传感器组、电控单元及执行器等部分组成的高能点火系统,是目前汽油发动机中最先进的电子点火系。设计并实现了一种基于L497点火控制器的数字直接点火系,并给出了该点火系的工作过程及性能参数。样机试验结果表明所研制的数字直接点火系的方案可行、性能可靠。Based on the structural features of the special IC engine, the demands of its ignition system are first outlined. The internal diagram of the L497 electronic ignition controller and its typical application circuit are introduced. The digital direct ignition system (DDI) is developed by replacing Hall Effect sensors with electronic control unit (ECU) and corresponding external circuit. Ignition voltages of the DDI secondary coil varying with the charge time and the supply voltage are measured. The experimental results indicate that the DDI system is reliable and feasible for the studied IC engine prototype.
