摘　　要：随着图书馆网络数字化的发展,以创新为主要特征的信息时代正在促使一种新的文化———创新文化的产生。它的出现,揭示了人类生活的新时代,也给图书馆带来了机遇和挑战。理性地审视这种挑战并选择正确的应对策略,是新型图书馆管理人员所必须承担的时代责任。Along with the development of digital library, the information era that featured by innovation ia urging one kind of new culture innovation culture. Its appearance has promulgated the new times which the humanity lives, and also has brought the opportuity and the challenge to the library. Rationally carefully examines this kind of challenge and choice of correct strategy, is time responsibility which the new library management personnel must undertake.
