摘  要:电机的热分析对电机的运行和维护是十分重要的.文章用控制容积法建立了异步电机定子铁心传热的数学物理模型,提出了通过红外技术测量机壳表面温度计算定子铁心内部各部分温升的计算方法,并就模型对测量误差的抗干扰性进行了分析.通过对计算结果与实测结果的分析比较,发现该模型准确可靠,能够达到通过测量机壳表面温度定量判断定子铁心内部温升的目的.机壳表面对流换热系数和表面温度是影响计算准确性的主要因素,提高它们的测量准确性是减小计算误差的主要方法,模型对测量误差尤其是正误差有较强的抗干扰性,测量中应尽量避免负误差的出现.Thermal anal matical model on heat ysis is necessary for a motor's operation and maintenance. A physical and mathetransfer of an asynchronous motor's stator was developed, and a calculation method was determined to compute the inner temperature rise of a stator by using infrared technology to detect the surface temperature of a frame. The capability of anti-jamming for measuring error of the model was also analyzed. When comparing the results from calculations and experimeots, the model was found to achieve the aim of determining the inner temperature rise of the stator by measuring the surface temperature rise of the frame. The exterior convection coefficient of the frame and the surface temperature are the crucial infection factors for calculation accuracy, so they are the challenging aspects for diminishing calculation error. With small errors of measurement, the results also satisfy engineering needs. It was found that anti jamming performs much better for plus errors, so minus errors should be avoided if at all possible.
