摘 要:为控制水源水质量,对生物陶粒反应器的水处理技术进行了实验研究。该实验以陶粒为填料,采用生物固化技术,并将浊度、有机物、氨氮、亚硝氮的处理效果与活性炭、浮石处理工艺对比。结果表明:生物陶粒对水中各种物质都有比较明显的处理效果,其中,对氨氮的去除率为78.43%;对OC的去除率在30%左右,最佳能达到34.66%;对亚硝氮的去除率在99%以上;陶粒对浊度去除率为87.33%,要优于活性炭;对UV254也有较好的处理效果。生物陶粒反应器与生物活性炭相比,在性能相近的条件下,具有价格低廉、耐冲击、深度大等优势。In order to control the quality of raw water, this paper introduces the study of the biology filling reactor. The paper attempts to compare the removal effect of different filling reactor with activated carbon, ceramic and zeolit on raw water. The removal of NH3 - N, turbidity and organic matter were tested. The ammonia nitrogen average removal efficiency in the raw water was 78.43%. The average removal of organic compounds was 30%, and the best removal was 34.66%. The nit rite nitrogen average removal efficiency was 99%. The removal of turbidity was 87.33%, better than activated carbon. The UV254 removal efficiency was also good. In the same condition, the comparative result of biology filling reactor and activated carbon show such advantages as lower price, less impact stress, and greater depth.
