摘　　要：提出了一种新的评估发电系统可靠性的方法——在建立发电系统停运容量概率表时，用主接线最小割集等效参数来修正停运容量概率表，从而计入主接线元件的影响。This paper presents an efficient method to evaluate station generating system reliability. The capacity outage probability model is modified by the equivalent datum of minimal cut-sets of primary connection so that the effect of primary connection on generating system reliability can be taken into account. The reliability indexes obtained are more reasonable.
