医院门诊实施控烟干预的研究

摘　　要：目的为减少现在人群中的吸烟状况,降低吸烟率,降低吸烟引起相关疾病的危险度,建立无烟门诊部,也提高医务人员的信誉度。方法于2003年11月开始为期一年的时间,对华西医院门诊大楼内工作的工作人员、来门诊就诊的病人及陪护人员作吸烟问卷调查和吸烟知识知晓情况调查后,分别选定门诊大楼的一、三、五、七、九楼各楼层诊室外的巷道与候诊厅监测空气中CO含量(CO是香烟雾中对人体危害较大主要存留于空气中的主要成分),然后请呼吸科教授定期作相关知识的讲座、开通咨询电话、定时播放录像、制作宣传栏和警语、免费发放宣传手册等干预措施。结果人群的吸烟率在研究前总吸烟率为36.09%,其中男性为54.89%,女性为6.39%,经过10个月研究后调查人群的总吸烟率达33.78%,其中男性为53.42%,女性为6.08%。结论通过有计划,有目的的干预措施,能够降低人群的吸烟率,树立医务人员的良好形象,但需要更长久的坚持才能达到明显的效果。Objective To decrease smoking rate, minimize the risks of smoking related diseases and to improve smoking status through establishing non- smoking ambulant department and increasing the credibility of medical personnel. Methods Medical personnel in ambulant department, ambulant patients and accompanies were surveyed with smoking questionnaire and smoking knowledge from November 2003 to November 2004.The corridors outside the clinisc rooms and the waiting room in the 1^st, 3^rd, 5^th, 7^th, 9^th floor were chosen to detect the CO contents in the air separately. Many interventions were done such as inviting professors in respiratory department to lecture concerned knowledge periedically, setting up consulting telephone lines, displaying videos periedicaly, making pinformarion column, and warning message, distributing free charge booklets. Resets Smoking rate in general population was 36.9 % before this study, 54.89% for male and 6.39% for female.After 10 months intervention, the total smoking rate was 33.7% in the people, 53.42% for male and 6.08% for female. Conclusion We should decrease smoking rate in general population and set up a gcok image of medical personnel by implementing interventions as planned and purposely.
