山东省地方性氟中毒病情现况调查分析

摘　　要：目的了解目前山东省地方性氟中毒流行现况，为今后防治工作提供科学依据。方法采用流行病学抽样调查的方法，对鲁北的博兴、广饶，鲁西南的嘉祥以及胶东半岛的高密等4县市地方性氟中毒有关指标时行了调查。结果广饶、博兴、嘉祥、高密等4县市水含氟量均值分别为2．16、3．32、3．69、1．92mg／L，以嘉祥县最高，个别病村高达10．28mg／L；8-12岁儿童氟斑牙患病率4县市平均64．5％，缺损率21．5％，氟斑牙指数1．40，以嘉祥、博兴两地较为严重，少数病村氟斑牙患病率竞达100％；8～12岁儿童即时尿氟含量几何均数广饶、博兴、嘉祥、高密4县市分别为2．32、3．07、3．46、1．83mg／L平均2．67mg／L，个别病村高达7．19mg／L。结论目前山东省地方性氟中毒病情仍较严重，防治形势严峻。Objective To understand tile prevalent status of endemic fluorosis in Shandong province atpresent.and to provide scientific basis for the prevention and cure of endemic fluorosis in future. Method The related indexes of endemic fluorosis were investigated in Guangrao corm cy, Boxing county, Jiaxiang county and Gaomi county Shandong province, by using sampling method of epidemiology. Results Tile avemge content of water fluoride in Guangrao, Boxing, Jiaxiang and Gaomi were 2.16 mg/L, 3.32 mg/L 3.69 mg/L and 1.92 mg/L, respectively, and in some individual village it can reach 10.28 mg/L; the rate of dental fluorosis prevalence and lackness, and dental fluorosis index was 64.5%, 21.5%, and 1.40, respectively among tile children aged from 8 to 12 years old in the four counties above.Jiaxiang and Boxing counties were more serious, and the dental fluorosis prevalence rate in very few villages can reach 1 00% ; the geometric mean of urine fluoride content were 2.32 mg/L, 3.07 mg/L, 3.46 mg/L and 1.83 mg/ L, respectively among tile children aged from 8 to 12 years old in Guangrao, Boxing, Jiaxiang and Gaomin counties, in some individual village it can reach 7.19 mg/L. Conclusions The disease state of endemic fluorosis is still seriouso and tile situation of prevention and cure is austere jn Shandong province at present.
