压缩空气搅拌对电镀光亮镍过程影响的研究

摘　　要：研究了压缩空气对电镀光亮镍的沉积速度及电极电流效率的影响，同时对不同搅拌条件下得到的镀层硬度、孔隙率及结构进行了测定．结果表明，搅拌这一工艺参数对电镀过程有较大的影响．This paper has inverstigated that the deposition rate and the current efficiency of the bright nickel electroplating were affected by stir of compressed air. Meanwhile, the coating hardness, pinholes amd structure obtained under diffirent stir conditions were tested. The results showed that the stir played an important part in the effects of the electroplating.
