生产低水硼酸锌现状的分析及新生产工艺的提出

摘　　要：硼酸锌是塑料、橡胶及其它合成材料的优良阻燃剂．本文在分析了国内外现有工艺的基础上，提出了以硼砂、硫酸锌和氧化锌为原料，采用循环母液法来生产硼酸锌．该生产方法成本低，无三废，原料利用率高，合成所得产品质量合格．Zinc borate is of great use a good flame retardare for plastics,rubber and other synthetie materials.A new technology of producting zinc borate has been offered.Borax zine sulphate and zinc oxide are adopted as raw material and the mother solution is circulated.The Utilization retio of raw material is very high and the production cost is very low.There is no waste.The zinc borate (ZB2335) product of this new technology is of high quality.
