摘　　要：精核蛋白与男性不育关系的研究是当今生殖医学的热点之一,精核蛋白是精子生成过程中重要的核蛋白,研究证实精核蛋白与生育力关系密切。精核蛋白含量异常的精子与畸形率、活动力、密度以及不明原因的流产等相关。精核蛋白可作为临床评价精子生育力的重要指标。The relationship between protamine and male infertility is a hot topic in reproduction today. Protamine is the most important nuclear protein during spermatogenesis. It is proved that prota mine is closely related to fertility. The decrease in sperm protamine is related to sperm teratogenesis, motility, viability and unexplained abortion. The sperm protamine could be an important parameter in the assessment of male fertility.
