摘　　要：通过界定工业遗产内涵,明确工业遗产的价值,揭示了保护工作的紧迫性,从工业遗产的认定与登录、保护与重新利用等方面分别介绍了国内外研究进展和实践经验,并在此框架下立足国情,梳理中国近现代工业发展历程,甄别潜在的工业遗产,便于进一步开展工业遗产普查工作,最后展望未来工业遗产保护和重新利用的趋势与途径。By delimiting connotation of industrial heritage, clarifying its value and revealing the urgency of its conservation, this paper gives an introduction to the state of relevant study and practice both at home and abroad in terms of the affirmation, registration, conservation and reuse. For the convenience of further general survey, the author makes an account of the historic course of Chinese modern industry, the identification of non-exploited industrial heritage, and the prospects of this work.
