合垫盲蝽亚科中国一新纪录属及一新种记述(半翅目,异翅亚目,盲蝽科)

摘　　要：记述了中国一新纪录属迈盲蝽属Scirtetellus昆虫4种,其中包括1新种阿拉善迈盲蝽Scirtetellusalashanensissp.nov.和3个新纪录种:毕氏迈盲蝽ScirtetellusbianchiiMedvedeva,1975、古氏迈盲蝽ScirtetellusgudaliKiritshenko和克氏迈盲蝽ScirtetelluskerzhneriMedvedeva。The genus Scirtetellus Reuter is found from Inner Mongolia, China for the first time. A new species, Scirtetellus alashanensis, and 3 new records species, Scirtetellus bianchii Medvedeva, Scirtetellus kerzhneri Medvedeva and Scirtetellus gudali Kiritshenko are recognized. Scirtetellus Reuter, 1890 Scirtetellus bianchii Medvedeva, 1975 （Figs.7） Distribution. Inner Mongolia; Kirghizia. Scirtetellus gudali Kiritshenko, 1951 （Figs. 8） Distribution. Inner Mongolia （Helan Mountain）; Russia, Georgia. Scirtetellus kerzhneri Medvedeva, 1975 （Figs. 9） Distribution. Inner Mongolia （Helan Mountain）; Kazakstan. Scirtetellus alashanensis sp. nov. （Figs. 1-6） Very similar to Scirtetellus kerzhneri Medvedeva, but differs in forewings black and the inner regions of connexiva of abdomen often yellowish ordinates; procumbent hairs on the antennae longer than 1/2 of the second antennae width; and in different with male right paramere and phallus. Holotype ♂ , Inner Mongolia, Alashan league, Helan Mountain （38.6°N, 105.9°E）, 2 July 2002, by BAI Xiao-Shuan. Paratypes 2 ♂♂ , same locality as holotype, 10 Aug, 1996; 1 ♂ , same locality as holotype, 25 June 1994, by ZHANG Zhi-Jun.
