摘　　要：简述了小腹茧蜂亚科Microgastrinae拱茧蜂属ForniciaBrull啨的研究历史、现状和形态特征,描述了该属1新种:阿氏拱茧蜂Forniciaachterbergisp.nov.并与其近似种做了比较。模式标本存放于福建农林大学益虫研究室。This paper deals with the clescriptions of one new species of Fornicia Brullé, 1846 from Fujian Province, China： Fornicia achterbergi sp. nov. Type specimen is deposited in the Beneficial Insects Lab., Fujian Agriculture and Forestry University, Fuzhou, China. Fornicia achterbergi sp. nov. （ Figs. 1-7） This new species is similar to F. tergiversata Papp, 1980 in mesoscutum distinctly with dense and even punctum; notauli weakly; vertex strongly convergent behind eyes, but can easily be separated from the latter by vertex, temples and frons with transverse rugae; face in frontal view with distinct median longitudinal carinae; middle lobe of mesoscutum with a weakly median longitudinal depression; scutellum with distinct projections apically; vein r of fore wing 1.38 times 2-SR; discal cell of fore wing 1.0 times as wide as high; wings hyaline, only slight infuscation in apical of fore wing. Holotype ♀, Tongmu, Mt. Wuyi, Fujian Province, 10 Aug. 1998, collected by YANG Jian- Quan. Host unknown. Etymology. Named after the entomologist, Dr. C. van Achterberg （ Leiden, Netherlands ）, in appreciation of his contribution to the understanding of the family Braconidae.
