摘  要:目的探讨低频磁场对去负荷大鼠骨质的影响,为骨丢失的防护提供实验依据。方法SD大鼠随机分为3组:对照组(AC)、悬吊组(SC)、磁场组(MFC)(14.2mT·0.5hd),每组9只,实验期为21天。实验结束后测定各组大鼠血尿生化指标、骨生物力学、矿盐含量和一氧化氮(NO)的含量。结果与AC组比较,SC组大鼠骨矿盐含量及生物力学性能均显著下降,而MFC组大鼠与SC组比较血尿各项生化指标均有不同程度的改善,骨生物力学和矿盐含量均显著增加;股骨干NO含量明显减少。结论低频磁场可改善大鼠因去负荷引起的骨代谢和骨结构异常,减少骨丢失,提高骨生物力学性能,降低骨折危险度。Objective To study the effects of low-frequency magnetic field(LMF) on bone metabolism in hindlimb of unloaded rats. Methods SD rats were randomly divided into three groups ( 9 for each ) : the active control (AC), the tail- suspended control (SC), and the tail-suspended group (MFC) treated with LMF ( 14.2 mT·0.5 h/ d). The experiment lasted for 21 days. Bone biomechanical proerties,bone mineral contents and bone biochemical makers of bone metabolism were measured. Results Compared with the AC group, mineral contents and biomechanical properties of bone in SC group reduced significantly. Meanwhile, in LMF group, the biochemical makers in serum and urine were ameliorative, mechanical properties and mineral contents of bone increased significantly. NO content of femoral trunk decreased significantly. Conclusions LMF may improve the bone metabolism and bone structure, decrease bone loss, increase bone biomechanical properties and reduce the risk of fracture.
