菸草、烟气中菸碱的示波极谱法快速测定

摘　　要：拟定了快速测定菸草、烟气中菸碱的单扫描示波极谱方法。在０．１ｍｏｌ／ＬＮＨ_４ＣｌＨＣｌ（ｐＨ２．６±０．３）支持电解质中，菸碱还原波峰电位Ｅ_ｐ为－１．２３Ｖ，一阶导数峰峰高与其浓度在４×１０^（－７）～１×１０^（－５）ｍｏｌ／Ｌ范围内有线性关系。１．８倍菸酸、０．６倍菸酰胺不干扰８×１０^（－６）ｍｏｌ／Ｌ菸碱的测定。应用本方法不经预先分离，直接快速测定菸草水浸提液、烟气中菸碱含量，结果令人满意。A rapid direct method for the determination of nicotine in tobacco and cigar smoke by using linear-sweep polarography was described.In 0.1 mol/L NH4Cl-HCl (pH 2.6+0.3) supporting electrolyte solution, the peak potential of the reduction wave of nicotine is -1.23 V(vs,SCE).First derivative peak height of the wave is linearly proportional to nicotine concentration in the range from 4 ×10-7 to 1×10-5 mol/L.1.8-fold nicotinic acid and 0.6-fold nicotinamide do not interfere with the determination of 8× 10-6 mol/L nicotine.The method was applied to rapid,direct determination of nicotine in water extract of tobacco without separation and in cigar smoke.
