摘　　要：对电镀金刚石套钻最佳参数进行了系统的理论分析和正交试验研究，获得了套钻基体壁厚，端部开槽数，金刚石粒度型号和工作压力等最佳参数。采用研究结果得出的最佳参数，可以提高电镀金刚石套钻的钻削效率和使用寿命，减少硬脆材料加工时产生的断裂破损，降低加工粗糙度。In this paper, systematic theory analysis and normal experiment study on the optimum parameters of electroplated case drill with diamond are carried out and the optimum parameters are obtained such as the wall thickness of case drill base body, the number of opening slots on case drill end, the size and type of diamond and the pressure of working.The optimum parameters given can improve the drilling efficiency and life of electroplated case drill with diamond, and reduce brittle material's breakage breakdown during machining.
