摘　　要：针对油田井下作业中管螺纹联接操作的规程要求，研制了液压管钳扭矩智能检定仪。该仪器采用单片微机系统进行数据采集及传递，具有精度高，工作可靠，价格低廉，使用方便等特点，填补了国内油田管钳检定仪的空白，并为常规检定设备的技术改造提供了参考。In order to meet regulation of operation of piping screw connection under oil-field well, an intelligent testing instrument of hydraulic pliers are developed. It applies single chip microcomputer system to data collection and transmission, and has characteristics of high precision, reliable property, reasonable price and convenient operation. It fills the gap of testing instrument of oil-field pliers, and also provides reference for technique innovation of normal testing equipment.
