摘 要:采用酸析结合铁-碳内电解法对苎麻废水进行了预处理,探讨了pH值调节条件及铁碳内电解法对废水处理效果的影响。结果表明,在室温下将废水酸析处理pH值调节至3.0时,CODCr的质量浓度可以从15981降到11363mg/L,CODCr、色度去除率分别达28.91%、84.32%;接着在pH值为3.0,处理时间180min,铁碳加入质量为废水总质量的20%,铁与碳的质量比为5∶1,温度为30℃的最佳工艺条件下,用铁碳内电解法对废水进行处理,CODCr的质量浓度可进一步下降到6774mg/L,CODCr去除率为57.60%,色度去除率达96.80%。Ramie wastewater was pre-treated by acidification combined with iron-carbon internal electrolysis, the effects of pH adjustment and iron-carbon internal electrolysis on the treatment of wastewater were discussed. The results showed that, in treatment of wastewater by acidification process at room temperature, when adjusting pH to 3.0, the mass concentration of CODcr decreased from 15 981 to 11 363 mg/L, the removal rate of CODcr and colority reached 28.91% and 84.32% respectively; then, under the optimal process conditions which pH value was 3.0, treatment time was 180 min, dosage of iron and carbon was 20% of total mass of wastewater, mass ratio between iron and carbon was 5 : 1, temperature was 30 ℃, using iron-carbon internal electrolysis process to further treat the wastewater, the mass concentration of CODcr decreased to 6 774 mg/L, the removal rate of CODcr and colority reached 57.60% and 96.80% respectively.
