摘  要:纤维膨化与否及膨化度对过滤精度、周期、截污容量等过滤效果有较大的影响。通过实验系统,对不同结构的滤柱采用不同膨化度的纤维作为滤料,考察其过滤效果。结果表明,在本实验工艺条件下,随膨化度的上升,其过滤周期延长,制水量增多,截污能力提高。由于纤维过滤装置结构特点的制约,选用膨化度为20%的纤维为滤料结果最佳。Wheather the fiber has been dilated or not as well as its dilatation have great influence on the filtering effect in aspects of filtering precision, filter cycle, capacity of sewage interception and so on. In the experiment, fiber with different dilatation was used as filter material for fiber sticks with different structures; the filtering effect was investigated through laboratory system. The results showed that, under the present conditions of experimental techniques, with the rising of the dilatation, the filter cycle lengthened, the yield of water increased and the capacity of sewage interception raised. Because of the restriction of the structural feature of fiber filter installation, the best result could be obtained by using the fiber that dilatation was 20% as the filter material.
