摘　　要：本文针对老油田产能和井况逐年变差的开发现状,运用完善注采井网、措施改造、评价小油砂体、加密调整及滚动建产等手段,深入挖掘油藏潜力,以提高水驱储量控制程度,恢复产能,确保老油田长期稳产。This article brought methods such as making well pattern perfect, carrying out reconstruction measurement,appraising the small reservoir sand, in_filling adjustment and rolling productivity construction to the present situation of the old oil field with producing energy and the well condition become worse and worse and by excavating the reservoir potential, to enhance the water drive reserves control degree, restores producing energy, and to guarantee the old oil field long- term stable production.
