摘  要:利用造型软件PRO/E对止回阀流道进行造型,然后将整体造型结果导入到GAMBIT中对实体模型进行处理划分网格,应用FLUENT分别计算了几种流速工况下的流动,并进行了相应的试验,试验结果与数值计算结果非常吻合,验证了CAD/CFD的结合在工程应用中的有效性,也为下一步优化防水锤节能球形止回阀设计提供了相关数据和改进的方向;通过与旋启式止回阀在相同工况下的试验结果进行比较,验证了多流道阀体、多球体设计理论在减小流阻、消除破坏性水锤上是正确的。The flow passages of the check valve are sculpted in the paper with the software (PRO/E) using for sculpting, then the whole sculpted results will be guided into GAMBIT and plotted grid, the flow under several kinds velocity of flow is calculated by FLUENT, and relevant experiment is put up, which supply correlated data and improved direction for the next designation. Through comparing the calculated consult with the check valve which its plank will be opened by revolving under working with the same condition, the theory which multiple flow passages valve and multiple spheres apply to design is proved to be correct in the aspects which diminish resistance and avoid water hammer.
