摘　　要：介绍了现代造纸工业基本特点,当前中国造纸工业存在的问题和机遇,落实科学发展观走新型工业化和循环经济道路的重要意义,以及有关技术进步与创新,纤维原料等问题。It was introduced that the basic characteristics of current paper-making industry, problems existing in paper-making industry nowadays and opportunity of it. And it was shown that the significance of putting into effect on the scientific developing concept and following the way of new typical industrialization and recycling-economy. It was also discussed that the problem of about technology of development and innovation and how to deal with the fibre material.
