摘　　要：肿瘤细胞/树突状细胞融合疫苗是近年来国内外恶性肿瘤免疫治疗研究的热点,不仅在各种动物模型上观察到肿瘤的消退,在I/II期临床试验中也呈现出良好的应用前景。因而对肿瘤细胞/树突状细胞融合疫苗的制备、鉴定、目前临床试验的疗效以及具体应用方法等方面进行评价,对进一步加强此种疫苗的安全性和疗效问题的探讨,对疫苗纯化、基因修饰疫苗、可调控的活疫苗和阻断免疫应答下调机制的分析十分必要。Tumor cell-dendritic cell fusion vaccine has been shown to induce potent antitumor immunopreventive and immunopreventive effect in animal and clinical studies. This article reviews the preparation and identification of the vaccine as well as the results of clinical trials recently completed using the approach. The optimal dose, route and schedule of administration are discussed. Results of these studies may support the use of tumor celldendritic cell fusion vaccine as an efficient and feasible therapeutic strategy against malignancies. We also addressed some of the new strategies to enhance the efficacy and safety,including purified vaccine, genetically modified vaccine, regulatory live vaccine, and blockade of mechanisms that downregulate the immune response.
