摘  要:采用适合高亚音速气流进口的大折转角弯曲静叶对某型高负荷风扇级进行改型设计,使用单列弯曲静叶代替原型级中的串列静叶。采用三维成型技术设计弯曲静叶,引入叶片局部修型措施控制和改善栅内流动,通过数值模拟三维流场得到原型级和改型级的设计转速特性线和设计点的气动性能。研究结果表明:采用三维成型的高负荷弯曲静叶在优化压气机结构的同时也提高了压气机的气动性能,将是研发高性能压气机可采取的重要措施之一。Study on the redesign of a highly loaded fan stage using high-turning bowed compressor stator suitable for high subsonic inlet flow conditions was presented. The original tandem stator was replaced by the highly loaded bowed stator, 3D contouring technique and local modification of blades were applied to the design of the bowed blade in order to improve the aerodynamic performance and the compressor structure. The performances along the constant design speed line and at design point both of the original fan stage and the redesigned fan stage were obtained by numerical simulations. The results show that the highly loaded bowed stator can be used to improve the structure and the aerodynamic performance of the compressor,and it is believed that the highly loaded bowed stator can also be used to develop high-performance compressor.
