摘 要:目的探讨羟乙基淀粉200/0.5(HES200)溶液复苏失血性休克对大鼠肺损伤保护作用及其机制。方法制作SD大鼠失血性休克模型,分别用HES200、羟乙基淀粉40溶液(HES40)、乳酸林格液(RL)复苏大鼠,观察复苏后1、2、4 h动脉氧分压(PaO2)、血清TNF-α、肺组织核因子κB(NF-κB)、细胞间粘附分子-1(ICAM-1)的表达、肺组织髓过氧化物酶(MPO)活性、肺组织湿干重比值(W/D)。结果失血性休克大鼠复苏后各生物学指标HES200组较其它液体复苏组低,肺损伤程度减轻。结论羟乙基淀粉200溶液通过减轻失血性休克大鼠复苏后炎症反应从而对肺损伤具有保护作用。Objective To evaluate the protective effect of HSH200 resuscitation on lung injury following hemorrhagic shock and explore the mechanisms. Methods Duplicate hemorrhagic shock model in healthy SD rats and resuscitate the animals respectively with HES200, hetastarch40 (HES40), and Ringer's lactate(RL). Serum tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α), the expression of NF-kB and ICAM-1 proteins in the lung tissues, pulmonary myeloperoxidase(MPO) activities, and lung wet/dry weight(W/D)were observed 1, 2, 4 hour(s) after resuscitation. Results Compared with the other two resuscitative fluids, in the group resuscitated with HES200, all of the above biological indices decreased and lung injury was milder. Conclusion HES200 plays a protective role in lung injury in rats by attenuating the inflammatory reaction after hemorrhagic shock and resuscitation.
