摘　　要：总结了新钢公司“十五”期间技术创新工作的成果和经验,论述了企业在技术创新工作的主体地位,并就如何加强企业的技术创新提出了建议。In this paper author has summed up the exprience and result of technical innovation in 2001 to 2005 period at Xingang, has discussed the main body of enterprise in the technical innovation, has advanced the proposals how to intensify technical innovation.
