濒危植物桫椤不同部位化学组分的比较研究

摘　　要：采用化学成分预试法、高效液相色谱分析法和紫外可见吸收波谱分析法,研究桫椤茎干、叶和茎皮的化学组分,确定桫椤茎干、叶和茎皮化学组分相似,为扩大龙骨风药源提供依据。Comparability of the chemical constituents in the stem, leaf and cortex of the Alsophila spinulosa were confirmed by chemical preliminary test with HPLC and ultraviolet spectrophetometry. The study provided foundation to enlarge the source of konggufeng medicine preparation.
