四川省犍为县统筹区域土地利用研究

摘　　要：通过对犍为县土地资源的自然和社会经济条件的地域分布规律的分析,利用主成分分析法筛选出人口密度、农用地比例、建设用地比例、水域比例、国内生产总值、工业总产值、山地比例、丘陵比例、低丘岗地比例和平坝比例10个因子作为分区的指标,然后以乡(镇)为分区单元用聚类分析方法进行分区,最后根据犍为县区域自然条件影响进行区域调整,形成3个土地利用区域城镇建设综合发展区、现代农业调整优化区、生态功能保护区。并针对各区的土地资源特点,提出了土地利用的主要方向和土地持续利用的对策措施。Through analyzing the regional distributing hales of natural and socioeconomic conditions in Jianwei county, the author used main element analysis method and the district compartmentalizing index, and population density, GDP, gross industrial product and the proportion of famland, constructional Land, water area, mountainous area, hill, low lands and flat were selected as main element.The town/vjllage in the county as compartmented was analyzed with the cluster analysis method. At last the town/village was adjusted based on the different regional conditions and three land-use regions were fomed： town integrative coustructi on, modem agriculture adjustment and optimized, and ecologic function protection region. Also the major land-use directions and the countermeasures for the sustaining of land were pointed out according to the characteristics of land resource in different regions.
