摘　　要：以山陕会馆为例,从会馆建筑、主体文化设计、行规业律和会馆管理功能等层面对工商会馆的管理思想进行实证分析,特别是对工商会馆管理思想中中国文化特色给予了论证。这一历史遗产对于建设和完善有中国特色的社会主义管理思想可以提供历史借鉴。Hui Guan is a social organization established out of their hometown by the townees. By taking the HuiGuan in Shan Xi and Shaan Xi as an example, this paper analyzes the administrative principles of the industrial and commercial HuiGuan in terms of the building architecture, cultural connotation, rules and practices and management functions, etc. The Chinese cultural traits embodied in the management principles are especially proved. Finally, the paper points out that HuiGuan, a historical relic, provides the reference for the construction and perfection of the socialism administrative ideology with Chinese characteristics.
