摘 要:目的研究复方肝炎平颗粒对CCl4所致小鼠急性肝损伤的保护作用,探讨其疗效机制。方法复方肝炎平连续给于小鼠7天(100.0mg/kg、50.0mg/kg、25.0mg/kg),用CCl4造成急性肝损伤,测定小鼠血清中谷丙转氨酶(ALT)和谷草转氨酶(AST)的含量,以及肝组织中超氧化物岐化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)的含量。结果复方肝炎平连续给药7天(100.0mg/kg、50.0mg/kg、25.0mg/kg),能抑制小鼠灌胃CCl4引起亚急性肝损伤所致的血清谷丙转氨酶(ALT)和谷草转氨酶(AST)的升高,同时能够升高肝组织中超氧化物岐化酶(SOD)的含量,并能降低丙二醛(MDA)的含量。结论复方肝炎平颗粒是由苦参、三七等多味中药组成的复方颗粒剂,具有清肝利胆、活血化淤、降酶等功效。复方肝炎平颗粒具有的保肝作用,作用机制可能与其抗脂质过氧化有关。Objective To study the protective effects and mechanism of Ganyanping (GYP) on experimental acute liver injury in mice induced by CC14. Methods After administrated GYP (100.0mg/kg,50.0mg/kg,25.0mg/kg) over 7 days consecutively, the mice were given CCl4 leading to acute liver injury. The serum contents of alanine aminotransferase (ALT), aspartate aminotrasferase (AST) and the contents of SOD, MDA in liver were detected. Results Pretreatment with GYP (100.0mg/kg, 50.0mg/kg,25.0mg/kg) could decrease the activities of ALT and AST in serum of acute liver injury mice by CCl4, at the same time, the contents of SOD in liver were increased, the contents of MDA were degraded. Conclusion The results showed that the preparation of GYP could protect mice liver from acute injury induced by CCl4. The relevant mechanism would be anti-lipid peroxidation of hepatic cell.
