摘  要:目的探讨新生儿缺氧缺血性脑损伤血液中S-100蛋白的变化及其与预后的关系。方法出生后24~48h新生儿26例采集血标本各1份,检测其S-100蛋白含量,1周左右行头颅CT检查。结果影像学检查阳性与阴性两组血清S-100蛋白水平分别为1.24±0.57μg/L、0.51±0.12μg/L,两组间有显著差异(P<0.01),血清S-100水平与出生后1分钟Apgar评分呈负相关(r=-0.471,P<0.05)。结论S-100蛋白可作为临床早期评价新生儿脑损伤严重程度及预后的敏感指标。Objective To explore the serum S-100 protein after brain injury and its relationship with clinical data and prognosis in newborn. Methods The serum S-100 concentrations were detected in 26 newborns within 24-48 hours after neonatus were born.A cranial computed tomography (CCT) was performed in a week. Results The serum S-100 concentrations of positive CCT group were 1.24±0.57μg/L and negative group were 0.51 ±0.12μg/L, P〈0.01. S-100 values were significantly correlated with the 1 min Apgar scores(r=0.471 ,P〈0.05). Conclusion S-100 in serum can be used as a early sensitive marker of brain damage levels and prognosis in newborn.
